Keep the heart healthy

 Eating certain foods is very important to keep the heart healthy. Below is a list of some foods that can help maintain heart health:


1. Fruits and vegetables: 

 Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. In particular, green leafy vegetables, berries, and citrus fruits are very beneficial.
