"Herbs That Are Natural Painkillers"


Many people have the habit of taking painkillers only when there is pain in the body. Sometimes with the doctor's advice, sometimes without the doctor's advice! 1. Mint leaves:

2. Curd:

3. Ginger:

Ginger works very well for muscle pain, arthritis, stomach pain, chest pain and period pain. You can drink ginger tea if you have migraine pain. Ginger also works like a mantra to cure cough, bronchitis, sore throat, even if there is breathing problem, ginger tea works very well.


4. Garlic:

Garlic works great in curing toothache, earache, arthritis. Garlic is best eaten raw, as cooking destroys its medicinal properties. If you have a toothache, squeeze garlic and apply it with a little salt, you will get relief. Garlic oil also plays a very effective role in curing joint pain.


5. Yellow/ TURMERIC:

 Curcumin present in turmeric is effective in curing chronic pain. Applying turmeric and aloe vera gel on the skin will provide relief if the skin is itchy or irritated due to insect bites.


6. Cloves:

Clove oil can play a very effective role in maintaining oral health. If you have a toothache, you can try clove oil before applying any medicine. You can also chew cloves.
