HONEY NUT

Honey Nut" is a mixture of different types of nuts that are processed with honey and sometimes sugar or other sweet ingredients. It is a popular snack, generally considered a healthy ingredient. But some sugar, oil or preservatives are also mixed with honey while making it. Honey nuts usually contain:
